Suo figlio, Niki Aprile Gatti , classe 1982, avezzanese ma residente a San Marino dove lavora come esperto informatico, viene arrestato il 19 giugno 2008 con l’accusa di truffa informatica, nell’ambito dell’inchiesta Premium che coinvolge altre 18 persone.

E poi perché in 5 giorni non gli hanno permesso di telefonarmi? E ancora perché un ragazzo incensurato viene portato in un carcere di massima sicurezza? Perché contrariamente alla mia volontà gli viene cambiato avvocato? Ancora, come dichiarato da un agente, Niki avrebbe saputo il 25 giugno se poteva uscire dal carcere. Molto clamore a San Marino ma l'Italia è dormiente ed i giornalisti completamente assenti, tranne Beppe Grillo che mi ha sempre dato voce.
