Given that:
June 24, 2008 April Niki Gatti, 26, dies after just four days after his arrest in prison Sollicciano (FI) in an apparent inexplicable suicide, in which the investigation although it appears the questioner seem to show the impossibility of this explanation, the prosecutor of Florence close to the investigation by filing a suicide
with the decision of the judge for preliminary investigations of the Florence Court to close the investigation on his death (despite stiff opposition from his mother, Ornella Gemini, often called "mother courage" for the extraordinary tenacity during this tough battle), Niki April Gatti returns to be in effect, but against all logic, a "suicide";
Cats lived in San Marino where he worked as a computer scientist for the group of Premium companies surveyed complained that sees the Oscorp SpA, Orange, OT & T and TMS, all residents of San Marino, Fly Net Piero Mancini, President dell'Arezzo Football, most other companies based in London;

the testimony of his two companions room-key in confirming the suicide, do not fit;
the testimonies of many who have seen cats in the last days of life in prison attest to the total peace of mind and his decision to cooperate freely with the investigators;

nell'inchiesta Premium erano state arrestate 18 persone (di cui alcune anche molto importanti) secondo alcuni giornali c'era anche l'ombra della mafia; di questi 18 Gatti è stato l'unico a non volersi avvalere della "facoltà di non rispondere" e l'unico al quale hanno cambiato Avvocato;
l'appartamento dove Gatti viveva in affitto dopo 15 giorni dalla sua morte è stato completamente "ripulito";
i forti dubbi intorno alla morte di Niki Aprile Gatti sono stati sollevati dall'interrogante in una precedente interrogazione che non ha ancora avuto risposta (atto sindacato ispettivo n.4-03187);
considerato che:
la vicenda Telecom Sparkle-Fastweb, il più grande scandalo economico e politico degli ultimi tempi, si è configurata da subito come una truffa dal respiro internazionale costruita attorno alle regole degli inganni e degli insabbiamenti cha hanno unito mafia (le 'ndrine di Isola Capo Rizzuto), politica (l'ex senatore del Popolo della libertà Nicola Paolo Di Girolamo), compagnie telefoniche internazionali (Telecom e Fastweb), figure legate all'alta finanza e alla criminalità organizzata (Gennaro Mokbel), ufficiali delle Forze dell'ordine (Polizia di Stato e Guardia di finanza) e alcuni commercialisti di fiducia;
l'intricata vicenda internazionale ruota attorno ad una serie innumerevole di giganteschi flussi di denaro che appaiono e scompaiono tra San Marino e Londra, Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands, and then merge into account well-covered branches of Italian banks;
it is the San Marino-London axis to sprout at other Italian-European telephone scams: Phuncards -Broker, and the investigation Eutelia Premium
asks to know:
how it is possible that in a maximum security prison will deliver a telegram a prisoner in "isolation" and without checking that the director does not know;

quali misure urgenti intenda assumere il Governo al fine di dare risposta ai numerosi dubbi che pesano sulla morte di Niki Aprile Gatti affinché la sua storia e la sua fine non vadano ad inserirsi in quel vastissimo spazio di "Misteri d'Italia";
a che punto si trovi l'inchiesta Premium, se ci siano stati rinvii a giudizio oppure archiviazioni;
